Skillconomy is a family founded recruiting company,
that provides databased Active Sourcing as-a-service.
We luckily designed the complete brand and their digital
products and the candidate experience. In times of the so
called war for talents we`ve put our focus on an appreciating
communication and intuitive user journey. Therefore we use a
custom microsite, which includes a friendly and well-functioning
chatbot. In case of interest, candidates can apply easily
and the customer receives all applications through a portal.
The result of this fully thought out and branded journey in an
unusally high conversation and applying rate.
